Vintage Philips bakelite speaker, model "Pancake"

This fabulous bakelite speaker was designed by Louis Kalff for Philips circa 1930

The bakelite is mottled in color

It has a triangular metal foot leading to a large concave bakelite dish with an inner convex bakelite disc

Including original plug and - damaged - wire

The speaker is untested
