Dutch design pottery and glass
Designers connect their name - fortunately - to everyday items such as dinnerware, bulb vases, inkwells and ashtrays. Leerdam Neerlandia tableware, designed by Andries Copier, Kwatta plates designed by Wim Visser for Regout Maastricht and Carnival glass by Max Verboeket for Kristalunie Maastricht. These were all good quality and fine pottery and glass for everyone. At flea markets and thrift shops you can often still find these items. They are still wonderful to exhibit but also perfect for daily use.
